CommVault QiNetix 5.0 End-of-Life Notice
This bulletin is part of our ongoing effort to keep you informed of product and support changes. To that end, we are hereby notifying you that CommVault will cease support for its QiNetix software suite, version 5.0. See the table below for specific Product End of Life/End of Support Details. Please also note the list of QiNetix legacy platforms that are included in the table. Legacy platform support will end on May 31, 2006 and will not be supported in any future release of CommVault QiNetix software. As noted in the table below, Extended Assistance Support will continue until December 1, 2006, after which support for version 5.0 will end.
We value you as a customer and appreciate your patronage. Product End of Life/End of Support for QiNetix version 5.0 will allow us to continue to deliver the highest quality CommVault QiNetix technology and support to meet your evolving requirements. The description of "Product End of Life/End of Support Details" follows. If you have questions about what releases are supported, please contact your CommVault sales representative.

| May 31, 2006 | Error Correction | CommVault will not deliver any maintenance patches for QiNetix 5.0. Effective end of support date for the following QiNetix legacy platforms (all iDAs):

| December 1, 2006 | Extended Assistance Support (EAS) | CommVault will provide telephone and electronic support, and fixes for known problems. For QiNetix 5.0, EAS will be provided until December 1, 2006. It does not provide error correction for new problems. |

Customer Action — CommVault strongly recommends customers upgrade to the latest version of QiNetix software as soon as possible to maintain the highest level of support, performance and reliability for their products and systems.
